Recording Algorithm

I fished this out from some very old notes of mine. It’s an algorithm I devised when I was a newly appointed deputy head at a special school.

It may not have been the best strategy to employ at the time but it’s an interesting use of this format to steer conversations and reveal positions.

There was an aversion to introducing adequate recording systems at this school and this was my attempt to stop the diversions and delays. It worked. You may think such a ploy somewhat confronting. Maybe. But it’s useful if only to clarify your own thinking.
