Minimal Venn Diagram

I found this in the current edition of Wired magazine (UK edition). It’s their Venn Diagram of the month.

As you can see, it’s minimal. The point made is that those working in the art desk and the advertising department have something in common: they both wear loafer shoes.

While I was thinking about whether it was cool or just plain lazy, I started imaging its use in schools. Such simplicity would certainly make an impact and if key points needed to be firmly established in students mind, then I see a place for the outlandishly simple Venn.
