Sports Infographics
Like most kids of my generation, I loved the various Know The Game visual booklets on sports. So I was delighted to come across this contemporary sports visual encyclopedia.
Titled The Sports Book and bundled in a splendid bright green mock turf cover, it hosts over 400 pages of terrific infographics on sports’ rules, tactics and techniques.
It is one of my favourite books on infographics using the isometric perspective. What’s that you say?
Don’t be put off by the technical sounding title. It’s a way of clearly showing all before you, with foreground and background figures remaining the same size. More on the subject in a later post.
