Let's see the money

bpThe use of infographics to simplify and depict complex issues continues to increase. Even in the world of economics charts are proving insufficient to get the message across.

Take the BP situation in the States. The amount of money involved, and wasted, is enormous. Too enormous for us to understand. But with an infographic you ‘get the picture’.

Have a look at this infographic on what else BP’s money could have bought. It’s at visualeconomics.com   There’s much more to the infographic than you can see here. You really need to see it unfold to get a sense of the money involved.

If an infographic can make economics understandable and interesting, think what it could do to other parts of your school curriculum.

Infographics reach parts of your students, mere syntax will never penetrate.
